Customer Orders

For customers with cold or flu symptoms, or who wish to place an order in advance, here are some simple steps to follow:

Please email us your order at least 24 hours before you want to come and pick it up ( Please call us if you do not receive an email confirmation before you are due to pick your order up.

Generally, if we receive your order after 2pm it will be available 2 days later. For example, if you want to pick up on Wednesday, you need to order by Tuesday before 2pm. All orders placed after Friday 2pm will be available for pick up from Monday 2.30-4pm or later in the week.

BREAD: to guarantee your bread order please send an email to request a “standing” weekly order.

From the following week, your bread will be put aside when delivered. Please just mention this standing order when you put through your weekly order of veg and dried goods.

Wild Rye delivers on Tuesday and Thursday. Honorbread delivers Wednesday.

Please do not leave a message on our phone, please speak to a staff member directly to place your order.

You will find lists of dry goods and refrigerated items on our website, or outside the co-op on the noticeboard.

You can special order 5kg and 12.5 kg flour bags and some dry goods in 20kg sacks. These special bulk orders take between one week and one month to arrive.

Lists of fresh produce will also be posted on the notice board at the shop and on the website and on Facebook on Monday and Wednesday before noon. Due to the unpredictable nature of our fresh food deliveries (we don’t always get what we order from markets) we can only give our best indication of what’s on offer and the approximate prices.

There will not be substitutions if any items on your order are not available – so please let us know if you would prefer an alternative if what you order is not available.

When you put through your email order please ensure it lists:

  • Your phone number
  • How you will pay (credit card or EFTPOS), and/or if you already have your credit card details on file (if not, you will need to call us)
  • When you want to pick up (Date and AM or PM)
  • List your items clearly

For bulk food items: include the Item name, regular or organic, quantity (weight or number of scoops) and PLU (3 digit number) if possible – see our product list for PLUs

For example:

  • 3 scoops activated pumpkin seeds #654

Other items:

  • 1 doz eggs, rainbow carton
  • 300gm local gala apples
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 5 bananas


Ideally, the first time you place an email or phone order, you call us with your credit card details. These will be written on a file card that gets locked in our safe at the end of each day. We will happily destroy these when we get back to “normal”.

When we put your items through the cash register, we will use your credit card numbers to complete the payment. A cash register and EFTPOS receipt will be taped to your order. All you have to do is come and get it, quick and easy.

If you want to pay on pick up, this will take a little longer but its fine. We will ring up your packed order when you arrive, and you can pay using the EFTPOS machine or cash.

We would really prefer not to handle cash so please do your best to move towards paying by credit card or EFTPOS.


You can collect from the shop counter or the side windows if you do not wish to come inside.


Please follow the government health guidelines around hygiene.

Wash your hands regularly. Keep a distance of 1.5m from other customers and staff. Please don’t come and pick up goods if you are unwell.

Please be kind and considerate as you always are.

We encourage you to share pick up and ordering with others in your community.
